Halifax Consulting and Halifax Translation successfully completed another audit for standardisation in the fields of management and translation. Procedures under ISO 9001 and EN15038 have been in full implementation in both departments since the summer of 2012. Halifax Director Sonja Babić-Lythgoe says it has really helped Halifax to continue to focus on raising the quality of its services. “Relentlessly improving internal quality control while maintaining the human aspect of working with clients and translators is the only way to stay a step ahead, and be ready to answer any challenge”, says Sonja.
“This is why we are not surprised to see a number of new contracts and clients in this part of the year, both in the public and private sectors. It is a great privilege and pleasure to work with the National bank, the Innovation Fund, the Serbian Office for Cooperation with Civil Society, the Government of Serbia Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, the Serbian National Parliament and many other new clients.
“At Halifax we are determined that quality should prevail in the end. These 15 years of work has proved it”.
