On Friday, May 20, we successfuly completed the sixth educational program “LEADER Project Serbia” in partnership with Ivey Business School at Western University, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Embassy of Canada to Serbia, and valuable sponsoring members Teknoxgroup Srbija, Contango, Rudnik i flotacija “RUDNIK” doo, DPM Avala, Delta Holding, Magna Seating Odžaci, Apatinska pivara, Mundoro Capital, RB Global Stara Sokolova, Raiden Resources Limited, DIVISION Visual Solutions and our partners NALED, ICT Hub, eKapija and FEFA! 

During the two weeks of teaching, our amazing Canadian instructors Jessica McEwen, Ryan Cheng, Sonya Zhang, Danial Agha, Jessie Gill and Glen Hébert shared with the participants the best case study method of teaching by analyzing a defined problem consisting in a real situation and using real information as methodological tool.

At the end of an intensive two-week course, the final day amassed over 40 young professionals who victoriously completed the Project and skillfully presented their excellent business ideas in such outstanding business manner, eager to show the judges, instructors, and moreover to themselves, what they have learned from this intensive mini-MBA program!

The business pitches during the final day were astonishing which gave the judges a very hard time to decide on the best idea. After a long deliberation the jury, consisting of the 6 Canadian LEADER instructors, Mr. Filip Petrović, Trade Commissioner at Embassy of Canada in Belgrade and Ms. Ivana Kovačević, Head of Department for Education at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, presented the winners:
