Belgrade, 23 January 2017 – Delta Holding has welcomed the fifth generation of Young Leaders, while 16 young talents from the fourth generation received certificates for the successful completion of this program and jobs within the company.

For the fifth year in a row, Young Leaders program has brought together young and educated people without work experience, carefully selected through open application process among thousands of candidates. Within a year and with the help of more experienced colleagues acting as their mentors, they have an opportunity to get to know different segments of the Delta business system and gain first experiences in business. More than 100 trainees have completed this program so far, and today, many of them hold important managerial roles as a part of Delta team.
