These are tough categories to judge any way you cut it. Not only are there sticky sweet bottles to work through, but also our after dinner treats can utilize a range of bases, flavour profiles, and lest face it, bottles you might not reach for on a beautiful July day – before lunch. These are notable bottles, and excellent ones to keep in hand for when the occasion calls. Our Best in Class is a vidal icewine from Lakeview which is a paragon of the grape in icewine form. Tom Firth
