We are pleased to share that CANSEE and V+O Communication organized a successful workshop breakfast on the topic “How to be prepared for a crisis.” V+O Communication director, Natalija Racković, delivered an inspiring lecture to the members of CANSEE, as well as friends and partners of V+O.
She shared her rich experience and expertise with the attendees, helping them gain insights into the importance of effective crisis management strategies. The lecture focused on key elements of crisis management, including timely response, transparency, stakeholder collaboration, and reputation preservation.
